Are all car batteries the same power ?

The short answer is NO every make & model of vehicle will have it's own requirements due to the fact that ever increasing reliance on technology is puutting different levels of strain on your car's battery.

There are many factors that can influence how long a battery will last but on average it would be reasonable to expect a battery to last three years on average however this can vary markedly dependent upon how vehicles are used, stored and used.

 

A weak battery can have a knock-on effect on a range of other parts of your vehicle.

It can damage the charging system and starter as a poor performing battery may have to draw excessive voltage if your battery is lower on power than it should be.
